FAQ
Do all alert recipients need a CertObserver account?
No. You can send alerts to anyone, even if they don’t have a CertObserver account. There’s no limit or additional cost based on the number of alert recipients.
What happens if I add/remove users or monitors mid-month?
Billing is prorated. If something is active for half the month, you pay half the monthly price.
